About the role
Seeking a driven and experienced PA (to Sales Rep) and Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our residential property portfolio.
As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's property investments through exceptional service delivery.

What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with tenants, conducting property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Oversee the leasing process, including advertising properties, conducting viewings, and securing new tenants.
Effectively manage rental arrears and vacancies to minimise financial losses for landlords.
Provide timely and detailed reporting to landlords on the performance of their properties.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and maximise returns for landlords.
Ensure compliance with all relevant residential tenancy legislation and industry regulations.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management.
Strong knowledge of the residential tenancy laws and regulations in Western Australia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of residential properties, including maximising occupancy rates and minimising vacancy periods.
Proficient in the use of property management software and systems.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Genuine passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
