We are focused on becoming the recruitment partner of choice for our clients and providing an honest and valuable experience for our candidates.Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our team and have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us.
About the role:In this role, you will be working as a 360-recruitment specialist for contract and permanent white-collar roles on a commercial construction or mining desk across the East Coast of Australia.
This is a full-function role where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing through to business development and account management.
Your responsibilities will include: Business Development with both new and existing clientsManage active roles, including writing job ads, sourcing candidates, and headhuntingPassively search for talent within your key sectorConduct candidate interviews and provide feedbackClient ManagementClosing out permanent and temporary contractsWe are looking for: Strong work ethicPrevious experience in B2B sales and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential and existing customersPrevious experience in recruitment will be well-regardedAbility to multitask and prioritiseAbility to build relationships with clients and candidatesPassion to succeed and become an expert in your fieldIn return you can expect:This is a permanent role that offers a supportive and enjoyable working environment.
