Joining our Public Sector team as a Recruitment Consultant is an opportunity that presents outstanding earning potential, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work alongside an amazing team.
Your role:
As a Recruitment Consultant on our Public Sector team in Brisbane's CBD, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for business support positions. You will manage a high-volume desk, focusing on nurturing and expanding relationships with established government clients - and recruit temporary and contract roles such as Administrative Assistants, Data Entry Clerks, and Business Support Officers.
How your day will look:
Build and manage relationships with Randstad's large pool of PSA clients
Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
Screening, interviewing and presentation of candidates

Previous local experience in Sales, Corporate Customer Service or Hospitality/Retail Management
You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone and connect with new clients and candidates
You are resilient, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
You listen, consult and communicate proactively
You like working closely with your team as well as independently
