An exciting new role is calling as we seek an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Working closely with a Social Media & Content Specialist, Graphic Designer, and supported by a Coordinator, this role will report directly to our talented Director of Marketing & Communications.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller.
As Australia's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences, and event spaces.
The Role:This role will play a key role in the execution of the Hotel marketing & communication activities.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain and develop Hyatt Regency Sydney's standing in the market.
The role will encompass all things Marketing, with exposure to guest engagement, reputation management, public relations & storytelling, social media strategizing (including strategic partnerships & influencer collaborations), creative marketing campaigns, and project management.
Responsibilities Include: Managing the PR strategies across Australia, New Zealand & Singapore, while proactively supporting PR Agency.Champion our online presence by monitoring and responding to reviews on various platforms and ensuring all collateral and communications adhere to global brand standards.Brief and approve graphic design work to maintain brand consistency & quality.Organise captivating media famils, showcasing our amazing Hotel.Oversee strategy & content for social media, driving audience growth & engagement.Lead the production of stunning photography & videography from ideation to execution.Write compelling copy for campaigns, offers & F&B events.Contribute to award submissions to celebrate our teams' excellence.Assist in developing large-scale projects, such as website launches, digital & property initiatives.Collaborate with various internal teams to execute stand-out marketing campaigns.Assist with coaching & development of other team members in the Marketing team.Our Ideal Candidate will possess: A creative, strategic thinker with proven PR, social media & content expertise.Experience in the Hospitality industry; luxury marketing will be advantageous.Exceptional communication, copywriting, and project management skills.A passion for storytelling, collaboration & delivering memorable guest experiences.Strong attention to detail.Unrestricted working rights in Australia & the availability to work 38 hours per week according to business needs.Benefits for working with Hyatt Include: After 90 days of service, 12 complimentary nights of accommodation globally with Hyatt (T&Cs apply).Discounted accommodation for associates as well as friends and family.Reward and recognition programs.Learning and development opportunities.Complimentary dry cleaning for work attire.Discounted city parking.The opportunity to join an international group with endless career opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
