Communications and Marketing Manager About our partner, Sylvanvale: Sylvanvale is a registered NDIS service provider committed to providing high quality, customer-focused service to the people they support and their families.
It was founded in 1947 by a group of parents who came together to offer their kids a better quality life and from here Sylvanvale was born.
Today Sylvanvale is an award-winning not-for-profit organisation, supporting over 750 people with a disability.
They take pride in assisting individuals with a disability to live and participate in their community, as they choose.
About the Role: The Communication and Marketing Manager reports to the CEO and is an Executive Team member.
You and your team of specialists will bring a creative voice accompanied with marketing solutions to support the growth, development and holistic organisational strategy.
As part of the Executive Team, you will identity gaps, opportunities and ensure the Sylvanvale brand is showcased and reflected for the impeccable and unique offering to people living with a disability.
Key deliverables: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing communications to build brand awareness and increase service occupancy Lead all internal and external communications with staff, clients, families and external stakeholders Lead consistent content creation and media planning across all channels Lead the Communications and Marketing Team Event management and prospecting new development opportunities Lead business development and community engagement activities About you The successful candidate will be creative and work collaboratively to contribute effective Marketing and Communications ideas to drive Sylvanvale's organisational goals.
You will be a confident communicator who loves leading and motivating a team to evolve and bring innovative ideas to the wider business.
You will hold Tertiary Qualifications in Communications, Marketing or PR.
We are happy to accept applicants who haven't worked on an Executive Team previously, the right attitude and motivation to drive the vision of Sylvanvale is the first priority.
