We provide industry-focused brokerage, consulting, and claims advocacy services, leveraging data, technology, and analytics to help reduce our clients' total cost of people risk.
We will count on you to:Negotiate and place underwritten workers compensation policies for clientsProvide expert advice on managed fund policies and offer ad hoc support to employersPresent confidently to clients, articulating recommendations and strategies effectivelyManage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service deliveryDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsWhat you need to have:Proven experience in workers compensation placement and brokerageStrong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent critical thinking and negotiation skillsA client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trustWhat makes you stand out:Experience in presenting complex information clearly and persuasivelyA background in risk management or insurance is advantageousAdditional qualifications in relevant fields, including allied health or insurance would be advantageousApplications can be considered from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
