As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform day-to-day tasks with a thorough understanding of our customer's expectations, executing them with an appropriate sense of urgency, attitude, commitment, and professionalism.
You will be our customer's 'go-to' person for all their freight forwarding needs.
Additionally, you will assist in general customer service duties both internally and externally while applying the company standards and processes.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the job as a Customer Service Representative.
