About the role
Are you a market strategist with a passion for bringing innovative products to life?
NAL is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development and commercialisation of products in our pipeline.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for turning market insights into successful products, we want you on our team

A typical day in this role may include:
Conducting market research to assess the demand for the product, refine the product and determine the market viability.
Representing the product with industry bodies and at industry forums as required.
Creating compelling pitches to effectively influence stakeholders, attracting potential investors and strategic partners to support product growth.
Owning and leading the execution of NAL's product development process and commercialisation of new products.
Planning and coordinating product-related events and communications, including product launch and marketing.
Providing clear direction to product teams about next steps and actions related to development and commercialisation.
The successful candidate must have:
Proven experience in product management, particularly in developing and launching new products.
Strong market research and business planning skills.
Excellent communication and strategic advisory capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and proactive approach to project management.
