You will be required to have high attention to detail and great communication skills.
You will need to be compassionate and understanding when dealing with customer queries.
You will be a part of a friendly and vibrant team, which strives on building relationships both internally and externally.DutiesOrdering replacement or new product ordersEnsure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when requiredProvide a high level of Customer ServiceOrder fulfilment using SAP and EskerSupport field personnelSkills and ExperienceExperience in Customer Service in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology organization desirableStrong communication skillsSAP and Esker knowledge desirableStrong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilityEmpathetic and professional interpersonal skillsOrder processing on ERP system, essentialCultureA team environment, encouraging internal growth and development.
