Customer Service Representative

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a passionate and inspired Customer Service Representative to join our team as they deliver high-quality service to our Sydney Scape residents. This position offers variety, ensuring no two days are the same as you deliver quality service to make residents' stays memorable.
As the successful Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact and be directly responsible for the provision of front-of-house engagement, support, and administrative services to all residents, stakeholders, and visitors.
The role of Customer Service Representative requires:
Exceptional face-to-face customer service/operations experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer serviceComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Accommodation or Customer Management SoftwareExceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolutionPERKS & BENEFITS At Scape, we are all about creating and sharing good vibes.
