About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Lumus Imaging, you'll work in a modern office equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to support you in assisting referring practitioners and patients.
You'll collaborate closely with Clerical staff, Technicians, and Radiologists to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What your day will look like: Responding to and managing customer enquiries.Answering high-volume calls with professionalism and care.Managing reports and documenting feedback to support continuous improvement.Providing software support and troubleshooting.Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.What can Lumus offer you?
