Customer Service Representative

We are on the hunt for an experienced and confident Customer Resolutions Officer to add to our dynamic customer service team.
You will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service, by building rapport and developing a lasting relationship with our customers and our internal staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment.
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for creating a positive first impression with all customer enquiries, concerns and complaints, ensuring our targets and response rates are achieved.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, and working within a dynamic team, you'll be the key contact for inbound calls regarding enquiries, installation and after sales and warranty.
The Role Manage customer inquiries through telephone, email and Powerlink software.Rectify customer concerns in relation to product warranty.Ensure all spreadsheets and data is maintained accurately.Liaise with customers to ensure all issues regarding faulty products are rectified.Maintain and uphold positive relationships with all customers.The Candidate To be successful, the candidate will need to have:
Strong empathy, active listening, and self-awareness skills.Proven success in meeting and achieving targets and objectives.A strong understanding of conflict management techniques.Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service skills, phone mannerism and a positive attitude.Ability to exceed targets and set KPI's.Excellent computer literacy skills with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office suites such as Excel, Outlook and Word.For You: In return, the successful candidate will be offered:
