Admitting new patients to the hospital after-hours;Providing clinical support to the VMOs and Clinical Staff after-hours;Reviewing patients as requested by Clinical Staff and the VMOs;Discussing management of patients and initiating appropriate management, and arranging for investigations to be carried out as appropriate.What makes a difference for us? Current & unrestricted general registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRAPGY3 and aboveMinimum of 3 years post-graduate experienceExperience in and available to work in Critical Care Unit (desirable)Recent relevant acute care experience and confidence in managing complex patientsUnderstanding of National Safety and Quality in Health care standardsWorkplace Health and Safety Act and infection control proceduresAvailability to work all shifts including AM, PM and nightsAdvanced Life Support TrainingCurrent Working Rights in AustraliaBuderim Private Hospital is proudly part of the UnitingCare family, we'd love you to be too.
