Our client is excited to announce an opportunity for a Medical Officer to join its dynamic team.
As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, they are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.
Since their founding in 2004, our client has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.

Key responsibilities Leading the informed consent process, making clinical assessments of potential trial participants and determining eligibility for study enrolmentMonitoring participants on studies to optimize participant safetyProvision of medical care to healthy volunteers and patients in Phase I trialsInterpretation of sign-off on diagnostic test resultsCollaboration across Project Management, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy, Laboratory Services, and Quality department to deliver safe clinical trials that generate high quality data.Acting as an Investigator for early-phase clinical trialsRequirements FULL AHPRA REGISTRATION - NO RESTRICTIONSAt least 2 years of clinical experience post-internshipPart time roles require availability to work 3 to 5 days per week across a 7-day rosterAdditional Information Meaningful Impact: Advancing medicine, improving lives of people around the worldProfessional Growth Opportunities: We believe in investing in our employees' development, including opportunities for training in specialist fields.Employee Recognition: Your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewardedEmployee Wellness Initiatives: We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employeesIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
