Residents & Registrars (Healthcare & Medical)Full timeWe are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Medical Officer to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, we are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.Our organization is characterized by our core values, outstanding work culture, dedication to staff development, and commitment to providing an optimal work environment.Join us on this exciting journey of growth and gain world-class experience working with some of the most innovative biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies globally.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the informed consent process, making clinical assessments of potential trial participants, and determining eligibility for study enrolment.Providing and developing training for Medical Officers, with respect to clinical trial planning and conduct of studies.Having an understanding of the potential adverse reactions of all clinical trials being conducted.Participate in feasibility reviews and providing feedback on clinical trials protocols to ensure seamless and safe conduct of proposed clinical activities.Monitoring participants on studies to optimize participant safety.Provision of medical care to healthy volunteers and patients in Phase I trials.Interpretation and sign-off on diagnostic test results.Acting as an Investigator for early-phase clinical trials.RequirementsFull unconditional AHPRA registration (min of 3 years' experience).Minimum 1-year Clinical Trials experience or relevant research experience.Relevant GCP training within past 2 years or willing to acquire.Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team (clinical and non-clinical staff).Additional InformationMeaningful Impact - 'advancing medicine, improving lives' of people around the world.Professional Growth Opportunities - We believe in investing in our employees' development.Employee Recognition - Your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewarded.Employee Wellness Initiatives - We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employees.If you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.At Nucleus Network we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where every individual feels they can be their full selves.
