Digital Content Development

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and produce creative video content, including brand promotions and event videos.
Collaborate closely with the team to complete scripts, storyboards, and post-production editing.
Ensure the final video aligns with the brand's tone and effectively engages the target audience.
Manage project timelines to deliver high-quality video content on schedule.
Requirements3-5 years of experience in video production, with expertise in the full production pipeline from concept to delivery.Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for content creation and communication; English proficiency is a plus.Prior experience working with leading Chinese companies (e.g., ByteDance, Tencent, Alibaba) is highly desirable.Proven experience in projects with over 10 million users, demonstrating strong user insights and project execution skills.Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, Douyin) and content creation for these platforms.Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Strong creative abilities, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Based in Melbourne, offering a multicultural and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career development and training.How to ApplyPlease send your resume and portfolio to: ****** (Subject: "Application for Video Producer – ")
