The Role As a Digital Marketer at Cymra Life Sciences, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving engagement across digital platforms.
From crafting compelling content to developing innovative branding strategies, you'll lead initiatives that resonate with our audience, including healthcare professionals, while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging, high-quality content across web and email marketing, digital marketing and social media platforms and our healthcare professionals and doctor engagement platforms. Label Design & Packaging: Collaborate with our design, product development and manufacturing team to create and manage compliant, visually compelling labels and packaging that align with our brand. Brand Development: Strategically evolve our pharmaceutical brands, Superbly Green and Rainbow, ensuring consistency and innovation in alignment with market trends. AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to optimise content creation, marketing strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Logo & Visual Design: Manage the creative direction and consistent applications of logos and visual assets that reflect our organic ethos. Regulated Environment Expertise: Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with regulations, drawing on experience in industries such as alcohol, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or cannabis. What We're Looking For Proven experience in digital marketing within regulated industries (e.g., alcohol, nutraceuticals, or cannabis). A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content creation, packaging design, and brand development. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), Canva, Keynote and familiarity with AI marketing tools. Experience with SEO and SEM, email marketing, social media, UX and strategic communications. Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, website CMS platforms, Meta for business, Google Ad Suite and GA4. Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
