Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) Pricewise Insulation is Australia's biggest online retailer of insulation products, with a vision to make all Australian homes comfortable, healthy and sustainable places to live.
We are leading the change by educating both DIY customers and builders about the benefits of insulation and industry best practices.
With insulation being the cheapest and most effective way to reduce society's carbon footprint, the industry is expecting strong growth over the next 10 years.
We strive for excellent customer service and fast delivery.
As a result of our growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to join our Epping team to help grow our ecommerce sales, brand awareness, and take ownership of marketing and our website.

Key Responsibilities: Agency Management: Oversee and guide agency providers for Google Ads, SEO, CRM specialists, and website development.Analytics & Reporting: Analyse campaign data to refine strategies and drive inbound leads and online sales.Strategic Content Planning: Design and oversee creative content strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google that engage, educate, and excite.Category Management: Oversee the creation of written and visual content for new products on the website.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.Website Management: Work with web developers to maintain website health and identify bugs.Database Marketing: Work with the management team, CRM, and email marketing specialists to increase lifetime customer values (LCV).Digital Content Creation: Work with our team to develop high-quality video content that educates the market on insulation best practices and benefits and drives online sales.Social Media Management: Oversee our presence across social platforms to build brand awareness and drive inbound leads and online sales.What we offer: Very competitive Salary and performance incentives.Option to WFH 40% of the week.Part-time role also considered.Onsite parking.Friendly team environment.Opportunity to grow and manage other companies within the group.We'd love to see you have the following: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a substantial focus on digital marketing and eCommerce.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Start-up experience is also very favorable.Previous experience working with Paid Media agencies, briefing them, and analyzing their performance.Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management.Previous experience working with Shopify or WooCommerce.You are accountable, driven, self-motivated, outcome-focused, and a finisher.Customer-centric mindset and commitment to innovation.2+ years in a leadership role is preferred.Demonstrated experience working with slow-moving goods.Have worked in the hardware or construction industry.If you are a self-starter and up for your new challenge, don't miss this opportunity
