Collinswood locationWork on payroll systems projectsFull-time, permanentBase salary $96 - $105K The Role We are seeking a people system specialist to work on current and future projects, with a focus on UKG and other systems. A big part of this role will be supporting the payroll services team with the execution of payroll improvement projects, liaising with key stakeholders, compliance testing, implementing payroll procedures and internal training support to the team. Provide critical support to the project management and play a key role in the overall success and efficiency of the payroll projects. The Job Provide specialist functional system and process support for payroll systems and for payroll continuous improvement projects.Calculate and process generally complex payroll transactions, reconciliations and adjustments.Provide specialist advice and solutions to resolve generally complex payroll and project related matters.Monitor, review and evaluate systems and payroll practices, processes and service delivery to ensure compliance with employer obligations.Position Description: 50069730 PAYROLL & SYSTEMS SPECIALIST.pdfAbout You A payroll professional you have extensive experience in payroll with a well-developed understanding of technical payroll practices, transactions, processes and procedures. You'll have experience and knowledge in providing functional project support for payroll systems including UKG Pro Workforce Management system in a payroll context.You'll also have: Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in project coordination of payroll continuous improvement projects.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to logically evaluate information.What we can offer you: 15.4% ABC Nominated super.
