Rijk Zwaan Australia are seeking a passionate and experienced Commercial Managing Director to join the leadership team in Daylesford.
As a key member of the Oceania cluster, you will oversee marketing, sales, supply chain, and client services, leading a team of 24 professionals.
Your primary focus will be on driving sustainable business growth in the dynamic vegetable seed market, supported by the global Rijk Zwaan network.
In this role, you will work closely with two other Managing Directors to jointly lead the company, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term development planning.
You will be responsible for creating a five-year plan, managing investments, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
You will also report directly to the Rijk Zwaan board in the Netherlands.
This position will require regular visits to the Bacchus Marsh site, along with travel across Australia to support your team and develop client relationships.
Rijk Zwaan are seeking an inspirational and hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the agricultural sector, ideally with experience in the seed industry.
You should possess strong strategic insights, excellent communication skills, and a people-oriented management style.
