My Implant Dentist, a multi award winning practice, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Lead to join our fast-paced business full time on site in South Perth.
As the lead and sole HR person for a dedicated team of 130+ staff members, the ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in all areas of HR, thrive in a high-paced environment, and bring strategic, practical, and well-researched advice and approaches to our growing organisation.
Experience in administering and managing Employment Hero is highly desirable for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Responding for running high-volume 360 recruitment processes efficiently and effectivelyManaging staff performance initiatives, including appraisals and performance improvement strategiesOverseeing the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding processes for staff membersProficiently interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act and other relevant legislationAdministration of digital HR repositories and records management in Employment HeroRequired Experience and Skills: Extensive experience in generalist HR management, particularly in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated success in overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes swiftly and effectivelyExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailProven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracyStrong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulationsExcellent documentation and record-keeping abilitiesIf you thrive in a dynamic setting, excel at multitasking, and possess a high level of attention to detail, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role at My Implant Dentist.
