We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Knowledge Management Consultant to join our Knowledge Management team in our Sydney office.
About the team and the work Working directly with a team of Senior Knowledge Consultants, you will be supporting them in the coordination of resources to deliver specific KM activities and projects.With a focus on legal research, this role is significant in its contribution to firm-wide initiatives which underpin our legal transformation roadmap.Join the wider KM team in driving knowledge creation and continuous process improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on AI, ensuring that our clients and lawyers benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of the whole organisation.In terms of culture, the team is collegiate, collaborative, and energetic; flexible work arrangements are in place and are encouragedWhat the market says Ranked in Chambers Asia-Pacific2023: The Australasian Lawyer 5-Star Employer of ChoiceFinalist: Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards – Law Firm of the Year, 2024About you This role is part-time, 3 days a week for a 12-month fixed term contract.If you are a current law student about to commence your 4th or final year in 2025 and have previous paralegal/legal research experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.High level computer skills, high level written, and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.What Sparke Helmore can offer you Our culture is one which values and celebrates diversity to better represent the communities in which we live and work.
