We also look after our people with benefits, such as subsidized private health insurance, superannuation and paid parental leave options, amongst others.Key job responsibilitiesTo excel in this role, you will:Be passionate about customer experience, and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of our customersBe comfortable with ambiguity, and be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidanceHave strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence local and remote teams, both tech and non-techBring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel (and ideally SQL) skills, and a deep curiosity about how things workBe commercially savvy and have excellent business judgementBring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience as a product manager or ownerExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insightsExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productSQL skills highly desirableAbility to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modesP&L management and/or product development and GTM experienceExtremely strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyAcknowledgement of countryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
