Where you'll be working
The CASPAR teams works closely with headspace staff at the Miranda, Hurstville and Bondi Junction centres in the referral of young people, the delivery of specialist assessment and intervention, and builds capacity in early detection of emerging mental illness.
If you are an overseas qualified Social Worker, you are required to have your qualifications assessed by the AASW to meet the position criteria.

Selection CriteriaTo be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
Hold as a minimum a bachelor's degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, young people and their families.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using evidence based treatments.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in using family-based interventions models.
Extensive experience working with families from culturally and linguistically diverse populations.
Experience in providing mental health assessments and identifying and managing risk with children, adolescents and youth populations.
Experience in planning, implementation and reporting on quality improvement projects in support of clinical service development.
Current Driver's License and willingness to travel in accordance with the position.
