Role: Sydney based hybrid working from our Macquarie Park office, the Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing agreed critical marketing initiatives, brand awareness and improved customer experience facilitating customer retention and incremental sales revenues across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop and execute local marketing activitiesLiaise with sales to support growth and customer lead generation campaignsSupport the sales funnel with trade activitiesBe a brand ambassador to ensure material/brand messaging are accordingly to brand guidelines Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in marketing and or, minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role.Skills and Abilities: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaignsSkilled at working with agencies to deliver insightProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsDemonstrated ability to work closely with sales and operations to assist in driving revenueStrong influencing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Knowledge: Aptitude with data to measure, evaluate, and refine marketing activitiesExperience with 3rd party marketing agencies, graphic designers, and events/trade show organizers preferredSalesforce and marketing automation knowledgeExperience: Minimum 3 years experience in a channel focused B2B marketKnowledge of IT/communications/Technology preferred but not essentialAptitude to learn from and to teach best business practicesTeam player We are offering: Competitive salary + Super (4 days/week)1-2 days in the office & 2-3 days from homeWork-life balance & fresh fruits, bread, coffee, tea, and snacks provided in the officeOpportunity to travel interstate & internationally"My Reward" program benefits.Employee assistance programFriendly and supportive environmentParking
