Underground Technical Services SuperintendentRegis Resources is an ASX 200-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations.
Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant operations plus a joint venture in Western Australia and a key development project in New South Wales.
Regis produced 458 thousand ounces of gold in FY 2023 and has a current market capitalisation of approximately $1.2 billion.
The current mine site locations are in the Northeastern Goldfields, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground.

The Opportunity A key site-based leadership role, the Underground Technical Services Superintendent is responsible for the development, maintenance, execution and support of our underground mine planning activities (3MS to LOM) at the Duketon Gold project.
Reporting to the UG Technical Services Manager, you will also help lead a team of technical professionals to develop and optimise our underground mining performance with a focus on improving efficiencies.
This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster (ex-Perth).
About the Role Ensure short term mine plans (3MS) are produced on time and align with long term mine plans (LOM)Monitoring progress against plan and reporting significant deviations to key stakeholdersAssist with the establishment and management of Regis operating standards and systems required to support LOM planning and associated technical support functionsAssist and support the auditing and verification of operational activity to ensure technical standards, systems and considerations are applied in a manner to support LOM requirementsAssist with the establishment and presentation of alternative LOM development strategies, priorities, programmes and budgets to maximise value from operationsMonitor through appropriately developed reporting systems and recommend, plan and implement future optimisation strategiesReporting of costs and mine physicalsHave input into key mine projects including technology implementation and business improvement.About You Degree qualification in Mining Engineering or the equivalentAt least 10 + years of mine planning and production experienceA proven track record in delivering operational improvements to a producing mineOperational experience within large scale tier 1 and tier 2 surface operationsUtilise mine planning and scheduling softwareEffective communicator orally and written, and to all levels of stakeholders.Why Regis Resources?
