Key Responsibilities Greet every Guest you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner - smile, make eye contact and maintain positive body languageShow flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Guests in whatever way is neededProtect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcoholEnsure Guest safety while they play the gameTake pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh and appetisingEnsure cleanliness by taking bus carts to the kitchen for clearing, then returning bus carts to the tee-lineWork as one team with the Kitchen by completing side-work specified by the Senior ChefsAssist the Expo line if requiredAssist the Stewards with putting away equipment once washedKey Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essentialEnergy and enthusiasmExcellent communication, time management and organisation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, kitchen environmentAbility to work as a teamA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairsOur promise to you: a playful environment where you can make new friends.
