SOS Recruitment is proud to be working with their team to assist in finding the right candidate to fill their current vacancy, Head of Digital Marketing.
Working within this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape their digital strategy and drive growth, working closely with their Chief eCommerce Officer and the rest of the digital & marketing team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead the development, execution, and management of innovative digital marketing strategies across all of the company brands.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, who has a demonstrated track record of driving the success of paid media campaigns, affiliate marketing, and mobile app growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to drive growth, brand visibility, and performance across all digital channels.Develop, scale, and optimise paid media strategies, with a strong focus on Meta, Google, and TikTok.Manage and allocate substantial digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and profitable growth.Drive the affiliate marketing strategy and take full ownership of the Elite app's performance.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies are always leading-edge.EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong track record in Paid Social and Paid Search, particularly on Meta, Google, and TikTok.Expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.Experience in affiliate marketing & management and mobile app marketing/management is highly desirable.Solid background in e-commerce; retail experience is an advantage.Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.If you're a digital marketing manager looking to take the next step while staying hands-on, or someone with agency experience and deep knowledge in paid search space, we want to hear from you IMPORTANT TO NOTE SOS Recruitment is committed to the principles of workplace diversity and equity in employment and we encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people with disabilities, women, people with family responsibilities, people with diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs and LGBTIQ people.
