Due to the business's ongoing success, the senior finance team is looking for an experienced FP&A professional.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-performing company that is establishing a high-quality finance team.
While working with an impressive leadership team, you will play an integral role in driving the FP&A function and supporting the business with a multitude of interesting projects.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this position plays a key role in supporting various divisions across the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparation and presentation of the monthly management reporting pack for the leadership team;Performance reporting;Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives;Provide ongoing support to the functional teams in their delivery of strategic imperatives;Management of the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, involving partnering with cross-functional finance and non-finance executives;Supporting senior management with in-depth analysis and understanding of business drivers including customer analysis and cost reviews;Ensure quality balance sheet reconciliations are prepared in an accurate and timely manner;Lead and develop the FP&A team.The Expertise
