Join EROAD, a fast-growing organisation who is leading the way with in-vehicle technology as our new Enterprise Account Director in Sydney, Australia If you're looking for a dynamic and varied role where you will never be bored, and you have a passion for building relationships and driving growth, then this opportunity is for you About the Role: As an Enterprise Account Director at EROAD, you will oversee the strategic direction, performance, and development of our Australian account team, driving growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maintaining a customer-centric approach. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to EROAD's Purpose of delivering intelligence you can trust for a better world tomorrow. Your primary mission is to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying new opportunities, managing customer health, and conducting regular site visits. You'll also lead training sessions to help both customers and your team maximize their use of EROAD's solutions, and you'll be the go-to person for any inquiries or issues. Acting as the voice of EROAD to the customer and the voice of the customer to EROAD, your role is crucial in maintaining and growing these key relationships. In this dynamic role, you'll develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our strategic objectives and the needs of our customers. This involves regular interactions with key decision-makers and stakeholders to advocate for customer needs and to drive business growth. You'll promote EROAD's innovative, safety-focused solutions and ensure that customers are fully utilizing our technology to achieve their goals. By doing so, you'll play a significant part in facilitating successful contract renewals and fostering long-term partnerships. Based in Sydney, you'll be close to our customers for frequent site visits and face-to-face meetings, ensuring that you can quickly address any concerns and provide personalized service. This hands-on approach is vital for building trust and understanding customer challenges and opportunities. Additionally, you'll have the chance to travel locally within Sydney and interstate quarterly, adding an element of adventure to your role and allowing you to connect with clients and the team in diverse locations. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of exceptional key account management leadership role or a similar role, with a proven history of managing large, complex clients. Demonstrated ability to proactively develop and lead a team of high performing Account Managers. Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in developing and executing account plans. Proven experience in SAAS and Enterprise roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry. Stellar communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are your superpowers. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities like a pro. You're mature, resilient, and capable of juggling multiple priorities with ease. Ready for some adventure? You'll need to travel locally within Sydney a few days a week, and possibly quarterly interstate travel.
