The Position We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join our BD team.

working from homeSalary sacrifice options availableDiscounted health insurance & health servicesDiscounted vehiclesResponsibilities/duties of the role: Have financial understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet reports.Execute sales action plans that deliver profitable growth in the assigned business unit or region.Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge on composites to engage in technical discussions with clients and provide solutions regarding composite repairs.Achieve annual targets by proactively identifying business opportunities, developing, negotiating, and closing commercial opportunities with new or existing customers.Develop and maintain an ongoing, effective key account program relevant to their business line that provides management with measurable goals, objectives, strategies, tactics, programs, and other information on key clients.Have a dynamic & flexible mindset with a strong team approach and a preparedness to do what is required to get the job done.Possess strong presentation skills in front of small audiences.Day-to-Day: Grow and educate new markets and clients in FUZE.Identify opportunities and assist to convert the scopes through to client sign-off.Work alongside FUZE Operations and Engineering teams to provide the services needed to develop new markets and execute project scopes.Have highly developed relationship building & communication skills.Be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn new skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions.Build rapport with clients and suppliers whilst maintaining a professional image/brand.Exhibit excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize duties appropriately.Maintain high-quality performance under time-critical scenarios.Must have the right to work in Australia.Have strong attention to detail.Have 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role in the oil & gas, wind, or aerospace environments.The successful candidate will be required to meet our pre-employment criteria including drug and alcohol screening prior to an Offer of Employment being made.
