We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our people initiatives and make a real impact
What You'll Do
In this dynamic role, you'll shape our recruitment processes by publishing job vacancies, managing initial candidate responses, and ensuring timely communication with every applicant within 72 hours.
You'll coordinate reference checks and medical appointments, streamline forms, and report on recruitment metrics to enhance our hiring strategy.
As the go-to for Learning & Development , you'll create and coordinate induction plans across our sites, ensuring new team members feel welcome.
You'll also organise impactful in-person training sessions and track learning hours with insightful reporting.
Bringing our employment brand to life will be a creative part of your role.
You'll elevate the Refresco Australia image through activities for new starters, updated office signage, and engaging intranet and internet content.
Managing HR communications, you'll empower leaders and team members with relevant, consistent, and accessible information.
Your contribution to employee engagement will shine as you organise service and recognition events, celebrating achievements and making Refresco Australia a great place to work.
Who you are:
You'll bring a strong foundation in business , supported by further education such as a TAFE qualification or a bachelor's degree.
Your background in administration has equipped you to handle multiple tasks with independence and sound judgment , while your logical mindset helps you interpret information with ease.
You will be passionate about manufacturing and curious on how we bring our drinks to every table.
Your high attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality are essential in this role, where accuracy matters.
You're proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and while prior recruitment experience is desirable, it's not a must.
Familiarity with SAP or similar talent acquisition systems is advantageous and will set you up for success.
