Concept Care are looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team

Location: Gregory Hills, Sydney, NSW

The HR Coordinator role is a hands-on position supporting HR functions, you will:
Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Maintain accurate employment records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems (Employment Hero).
Develop & support process improvement initiatives.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, validating compliance documents and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Deliver engaging Induction sessions for new hires.
Update and provide guidance on HR policies and systems.
Assist in the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in line with best practices and employment law.

About You: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
Experience: Previous 1-2 years' experience in a HR or administrative role.
Detail-Oriented: You're organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HR systems - Employment Hero is preferred.
People-Focused: You enjoy solving problems and providing excellent internal customer support.
Excellent communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
Strong interpersonal skills: Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
NDIS and Disability Services experience: Knowledge will be highly regarded, however not essential.
Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working under pressure with competing deadlines.
