With a commitment to long-term relationships and collaborative contracting setting us apart and through a team of over 2000 skilled professionals, BMD specialises in transformative infrastructure across diverse sectors.Who we're looking forWe are looking for a civil construction supervisor to join our high calibre BMD Urban team in and around Brisbane, working in collaboration with the Project Manager to achieve optimum productivity and program outcomes on a variety of civil scopes ranging from $5 - $50 million value.
You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with long-term subcontractors.
You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:Certificate III in Civil ConstructionExtensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience in urban development and minor civil construction projectsExcellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you doMotivation to achieve value-for-money results to programYou may also have the following additional desirable skills:Certificate IV Civil SupervisionBenefitsWe offer a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop, and a culture that values your contribution.
