You will be a delivery-oriented data professional working with stakeholders to understand their needs and mature their data management capabilities. You will have a strong ability to influence and support a diverse set of stakeholders to effectively manage and contribute to their data and the broader data management objectives.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with data community across the group and contribute to improvement of data literacy, data risk management, data qualityEngage with stakeholders to understand their business and use of data; then apply data management framework to support them in identifying critical data elements (CDEs)Provide advice on identification of detailed data flow or lineageUndertake assessment of data risks and controls that are in place and their effectivenessEngage with stakeholders to define Data Quality (DQ) Rules and checkpoints for DQFacilitate decision making by senior leaders recommending approaches and prioritiesIndependently manage the work stream and the relationship with stakeholdersWhat's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years. And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled.What do I need?Experience in Data Management including Business Process and Data Lineage, Data Quality management and monitoringBusiness Analysis and technical data skills and strong familiarity of data management principlesExperience in facilitating and conducting workshops with various business, technical and risk stakeholdersExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Data Profiling, Data Quality metric development and build including SQL knowledge, Data Risk and Control Assessment is highly desirableDepth of experience in a similar roleHow do I apply?Start here.
