The HR Business Partnering team consists of highly skilled HR practitioners who support an overall workforce of 3,700 FTE. The team has worked hard in building credibility as strategic and valued partners to the senior leadership team, and as a result have a seat at the table.
We are constantly developing exciting and relevant initiatives in an environment that is dynamic and challenging. Every member of the team is a self-starter with a growth mindset, who is highly motivated and keen to add value to the people and culture agenda at the University.
About the opportunity Lead a small team of HR practitioners to assist with the professional execution of HR Business Partnering ServicesDevelop influential relationships with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational people and culture imperatives and targetsTake a lead role in the design and implementation of key people and culture initiatives specifically organisational change, culture and engagement, performance development and leadership capabilityCoach, develop and support your team to deliver exceptional service and business outcomesAbout you Experienced HR practitioner who is excited to lead others and partner closely with executive/senior leaders on operational and strategic people and culture initiativesConfident in working in a high volume, complex matrix environmentDemonstrated experience in working in complex strategic and operational contexts and the ability to adapt and respond when requiredOutstanding communication skills, growth mindset, strong customer service ethos and ability to innovate and provide sound judgment will be critical to your success, as is the ability to influence, think creatively and exercise effective judgment in a dynamic environmentThrives in working in greenfield contexts and takes pride in building and owning stakeholder relationshipsPlease apply online via the Apply Now button.
