We're seeking a forward-thinking Human Resource Manager with a tech-savvy mindset, who is adept at working in a cloud-based environment.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources department, focusing on localized compliance, tailored service cultures, dispute resolutions, talent acquisition, and so much more.

Key Responsibilities: Localized Law and Compliance: Understand and interpret local labor laws in existing and new markets.
Develop, execute, and manage compliance protocols and policies.
Service Culture Development: Design and implement tailored service cultures for different clients to enhance employee morale.
Provide periodic reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
Address and resolve employee disputes efficiently, ensuring an error-free resolution process.
Global Talent Acquisition: Leverage multiple platforms to advertise job openings on both global and regional scales.
Strategize to find quality candidates within budget constraints and negotiate contract fees when necessary.
Fulfill roles within tight deadlines and ad budgets; be accountable for the ROI of the HR department.
Oversee the functionality of the RO App to ensure error-free management of attendance, leaves, organizational calendars, pipelines, and performance evaluations.
Act as the pricing analyst for contractors, ensuring cost-effective engagements.
Holistic HR Management: Proactively improve all dynamics of the HR department, from talent acquisition to employee retention, training and development, and community management.
Role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's preferred.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a remote working environment.
Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance, especially in multiple jurisdictions.
Proven experience working in the field of Global HR.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
High tech aptitude: proficient in HR software, cloud-based tools, and familiar with API integrations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and think strategically.
Personal Qualities: Must be proactive, resourceful, and self-driven.
Capacity to act as a business partner rather than just an employee.
High level of adaptability and flexibility.
