Our OSHC team is seeking to find our next superstar Lead Educator in a part time capacity – 30.45 hours per week.
This role is to service Lang Lang, but we have a v ariety of locations - Koo Wee Rup, Bayles and Drouin South.
Currently this program focuses on providing before and after school care from Monday to Friday and the roster would be as follows: Monday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30 Tuesday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30 + 2 hrs planning Wednesday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30 Thursday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30 Friday: 6.15-8.45 & 3.15-6.30 **additional hours provided for professional development, training, team meetings and more.
As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation, employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15,900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary.

We are seeking Permanent Part-Time community minded educators to join our Out of Hours Care (OSHC) program for our service in Lang Lang.
This is an exciting opportunity to not only lead a team of educators and manage your program but to really make the role your own by bringing your infectious energy in developing and delivering a unique, inclusive and fun-filled play-based programs to school age children.
Furthermore, you will: Lead planning, preparing and delivering innovative play-based learning activities Lead staff to ensure professional working relationships with families, school leaders in the school community are maintained Maintain excellent health, safety and wellbeing of children through management of compliance Key Selection Criteria: ACECQA approved qualification for Educators working with over preschool children Current Victorian Working with Children's Check and Victorian Drivers' Licence.
Level 2 First Aid, including CPR and anaphylaxis and asthma management training or willingness to undertake Understanding of the needs and development of school age children Previous experience and/or Food Safety Handling certificate would be an advantage Demonstrated experience in working within the National Quality Framework Demonstrated ability and understanding of developing positive relationships with children and families Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
Willingness to undertake pre-employment screening - Working with Children, Police check and medical assessment.
Current Victorian Drivers' Licence.
