The Role In this role, you will assist with the management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring seamless operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting lease and property administration, including rent reviews and outgoings reconciliation.Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor management.Building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.Assisting with compliance, reporting, and budget preparation.Contributing to the overall success of the property management team.The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you will bring:
A background in commercial property or facilities management.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.How to Apply Take the next step in your career
