Our client specialises in the comprehensive management of commercial real estate assets, including office, industrial, medical, and retail properties.
As a South Australian-owned company based in the CBD, they have spent the last 20 years strategically identifying and acquiring high-performing commercial properties.

Duties will include;
Negotiation of leasesOversight of lease documentation and disclosure statementsRent reviews, abatements, and collecting arrearsMaintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and market rent reviewsPeriodic inspectionsManagement of maintenance and reporting for each sitePrepare annual budgets & other associated reporting The Criteria 2+ years of experience in commercial property managementIdeally, tertiary qualified in Property or BusinessStrong financial capabilities and an eye for detailStrong written and verbal communicationImmaculately presentedCertificate of RegistrationCurrent driver's license
