Meat Manager

Morgan's Supermarkets - a family owned and operated business with a great culture and family values has a Meat Manager role available at our Melton IGA store.
About the Role We are looking for a team player who is friendly, reliable, and self-motivated who thrives in an environment that encourages participation and hard work.
Prior meat managing experience is required for this role.
About You: The successful candidates must possess the following attributes and major duties to include:
Strong customer service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experienceHard working and a team playerMeticulous in your presentation and maintain a high level of cleanlinessBe physically fit and capable of fulfilling manual handling tasksGood organisational and time management skillsPrior butcher experience required.
We can guide the successful applicant on the management of the department if no prior management experienceThe key to be successful in this role is great stock controlBenefits & Reward: Competitive remuneration package of between $65,000 to $75,000 based on your level of experienceOur team members enjoy shopping where they earn because of the great benefits such as competitive pricing, along with employee shopping discountsAs Morgan's Supermarkets are a family business, we understand the balance required for work / family and as such, we offer flexible working hours.
