This Account Manager role is integral to NRN's next growth phase, supporting our vision to transform the renewable energy sector through tailored marketing strategies for our Solar Retail Partners (SRPs).

As a trusted advisor and partner, you'll work closely with SRPs to identify opportunities, develop strategic marketing plans, and oversee campaign execution to drive measurable success.
The National Renewable Network (NRN) is expanding its innovative approach to renewable energy by building an in-house marketing agency dedicated to supporting our Solar Retail Partners (SRPs).
This new team will be pivotal in driving lead generation, increasing sales, and amplifying the impact of NRN's platform across Australia.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate with forward-thinking professionals in marketing strategy, lead generation, and creative design to help SRPs connect with more customers and grow their businesses.
This initiative is central to NRN's vision of revolutionising how Australians access renewable energy.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables Partner Success Planning Develop growth roadmaps for new SRPs, outlining clear strategies to help partners transition and succeed with NRN solutions.Regularly assess partner needs and challenges to refine their strategic roadmap for success.Proactively identify opportunities for SRPs to maximise revenue and improve performance.Monitor partner progression and provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders.Custom Marketing Strategies Design and deliver tailored marketing plans that align with partner objectives and NRN's broader business goals.Develop region-specific strategies to capitalise on local opportunities and market trends.Collaborate with SRPs to ensure marketing plans integrate their unique branding requirements.Ensure partners receive high-quality creative and messaging support for marketing initiatives.Campaign Oversight Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.Conduct pre- and post-campaign reviews to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.Monitor campaign performance in real-time to address issues quickly and optimise results.Work with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Training and Enablement Provide ongoing sales and marketing training to SRPs to enhance their ability to sell NRN solutions.Design sales toolkits, scripts, and collateral to empower SRP teams to increase conversions.Develop incentive programs to drive engagement and prioritisation of NRN solutions.Performance Tracking Review and report on partner performance regularly, using data insights to optimise strategies and identify growth opportunities.Create detailed performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.Provide recommendations to partners based on data-driven findings to improve outcomes.Utilise CRM tools to track partner success metrics and flag underperformance for corrective action.Marketing NRN Drive national growth: Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (energy retailers, installers) to expand NRN's reach and adoption of renewable energy solutions across Australia.Champion sustainability: Proactively promote the environmental and economic benefits of NRN's solar and battery systems, educating stakeholders and driving customer acquisition.Develop strategic partnerships: Forge strong relationships with industry leaders and influencers to create win-win scenarios that elevate NRN's visibility and market share.Craft compelling narratives: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of NRN's offerings.Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (design, lead generation, operations) to deliver cohesive campaigns and partner support.Coordinate with the creative team to ensure alignment on campaign visuals and messaging.Collaborate with lead generation specialists to align targeting strategies with partner objectives.Compliance and Quality Control Ensure SRPs adhere to NRN's guidelines, including compliance with energy and solar industry regulations.Monitor marketing content to ensure alignment with NRN's compliance policies and legal standards.Conduct periodic audits of partner campaigns to verify quality and compliance requirements.Address compliance violations swiftly and provide coaching to prevent future issues.Skills and experience required Qualifications/Skills/Experience Account Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partner relationship roles.Marketing Strategy Development: Proven ability to design and execute customised marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes.Performance & Data Analysis: Experience tracking partner performance, analysing data, and implementing improvements.Sales & Training Experience: Background in sales training, enablement, or sales advocacy, focusing on driving partner success.Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver partner-focused solutions.Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of compliance requirements within the energy and solar sectors.Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with partners and present insights effectively.Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive problem solver with a solution-focused mindset to address partner challenges.Time Management: Ability to prioritise and manage multiple partner accounts and campaigns simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
