Oversee site operations and engage various stakeholders through the remote facility management of 4 sites across Australia/New Zealand.A snapshot of the role:Manage multiple sites remotely, ensuring workplace upkeep, compliance, and KPI achievement.Maintain excellent reporting standards and follow key operational procedures.Handle client relationships, including communication, feedback collection, and complaint resolution.Oversee vendor selection, monitoring, and performance evaluation.Manage facility budgets, assist with accounting procedures, and drive cost savings.Monitor facilities, schedule maintenance, and handle emergencies following established procedures.Sounds like you?
