THE ROLE

You will be required to: Identify and pursue new business opportunities

in sectors such as schools, Government, Local Councils, Shopping centres, and Public parks to expand the company's market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,

including Architects, Landscape Designers, and decision-makers, to ensure a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs,

and use this information to strategically position the company's products and services.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations

that effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of the company's playground solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals,

ensuring that both the company's and the client's interests are met, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams

to ensure that customer expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor and report on sales performance,

providing regular updates on progress against targets, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process,

including follow-up after installation to ensure long-term client relationships and potential for repeat business.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

to promote the company's products and expand professional networks.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry regulations

to ensure that all sales efforts are compliant and that customers receive accurate, relevant information.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Proven experience in B2B sales,

with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills,

with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, including architects, councils, and decision-makers.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities,

with experience in closing complex deals and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Solid understanding of the sales cycle and CRM systems,

with the ability to manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal development, and client follow-up.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Base salary of $90K - $110K.
11.5% superannuation included.
