As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our organisation.
Your main responsibilities will involve proactively reaching out to potential customers, assessing leads, and driving sales.
Your primary focus will be on promoting off-plan real estate properties and scheduling meetings for our sales team.
By achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service, you'll contribute to the growth and profitability of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:Initiate proactive outreach to potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and sales opportunities.Evaluate leads by assessing their interest and suitability for off-plan real estate purchases.Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team to further engage with qualified prospects.Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the organisation.Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and enhance sales strategies.RequirementsPrior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers.Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and identifying new opportunities.Self-motivated and driven, with a hunger for success and earning potential.Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Integrity, respect, and sound reasoning are core values that you uphold.A bachelor's degree or tertiary education is a plus, though not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
