Senior Data Governance Analyst / $150,000 + super + 5% bonusLocation: Sydney or MelbourneType: PermanentAbout the CompanyASX listed Insurance company with offices across Sydney and Melbourne, looking to expand their Data Governance team going into the new year.About the RoleThey're looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst to drive data governance and ensure high data quality across the business.
You'll collaborate with data teams to develop policies, enhance compliance, and champion best practices in data management.
You can work in either the Sydney or Melbourne office, both of which have a flexible working policy with a mix of remote and on-site days.Benefits$150,000 + super + 5% bonusHybrid work for better work-life balanceCan work from Sydney or MelbourneKey ResponsibilitiesLead data governance policies and collaborate with Data Owners and StewardsEnsure data quality, accuracy, and compliance across the organisationDrive the adoption of AI and agile frameworksImplement and monitor data quality programs and compliance initiativesSkills and Experience5+ years in data governance or related roles, ideally in a regulated environmentExperience with Informatica Data Management Cloud and SQLKnowledge of data governance frameworks and AI methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsIf you're interested in this opportunity and feel you're the right fit please click "apply" or contact ******.
