We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant for a fixed-term position to support two busy executives at our hospital.
In this role, you will be the pivotal support for our executive team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication.
Your commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting will be crucial in helping our leaders focus on delivering top-notch healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and prioritize the executives' calendars Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High level of commitment and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a fixed-term position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission and gain valuable experience in a healthcare setting.

The salary for the position ranges from HS2 - HS21 ($66,768 - $73,811.92 per annum, pro-rata for part time) Your Contribution: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or fast-paced corporate environment Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Meeting Coordination: Experience in organizing and preparing for meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items Confidentiality: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality Travel and Expense Management: Experience in arranging travel and managing expense reports Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with strong problem-solving skills Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Current National criminal history check What we offer A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs Confidential, solutions-focused employee counselling Ability to join Fitness Passport - Your pass to an extensive choice of fitness facilities Salary Packaging – Increase your take home pay
