Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thorough screening of new candidates Create, update, and maintain comprehensive candidate profiles Request and verify tickets and qualifications to ensure compliance Manage and update company databases effectively Organise and follow up on online inductions Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally Oversee recruitment software and facilitate candidate upskilling Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening and onboarding Prepare professional submissions for the Account Manager Conduct drug and alcohol screenings (training provided) Perform additional duties as required Essential Requirements:
Must be a resident of Port Hedland (not FIFO) Previous administration experience with exceptional attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proactive with a strong initiative Mine site experience is advantageous Positive attitude with a "no job is too big or small" mindset Effective team player Ready to Apply?
