Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders in rail operations to deliver key administrative and organisational support for project activities.
Although the role is not primarily focused on recruitment or mobilisation, it includes related responsibilities to ensure all positions are filled and mobilized as needed.
To be considered, applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
2 years of experience in Project Administration/Coordination and Contract Administration Strong office management skills.
Capacity to work accurately with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple administrative functions concurrently Roster management and resource scheduling Uniform management and allocation Schedule Training and Inductions.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Run Project and Group Reporting Project procurement and Logistics Background in Rail Construction and Maintenance (highly desirable) Port Hedland Based - (highly desirable) What we can offer you:
