Duties will include, but are not limited to: Conduct thorough screening of new candidatesCreate, update, and maintain comprehensive candidate profilesRequest and verify tickets and qualifications to ensure complianceManage and update company databases effectivelyOrganise and follow up on online inductionsRespond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionallyOversee recruitment software and facilitate candidate upskillingManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening and onboardingPrepare professional submissions for the Account ManagerConduct drug and alcohol screenings (training provided)Perform additional duties as required Essential Requirements: Must be a resident of Port Hedland (not FIFO)Previous administration experience with exceptional attention to detailProfessional communication skillsAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProactive with a strong initiativeMine site experience is advantageousPositive attitude with a "no job is too big or small" mindsetEffective team player Ready to Apply?
